Mr Simpson was the reason I studied history from GCSE to university. A great teacher & once when he asked the group of the greatest statesman. The group answered classic prime ministers Gladstone, Churchill etc. Mr Simpson waved his arms shouting ‘Tony Yeboah’ former Leeds player. An inspiration to us all.
